Returns-Exchanges

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can e-mail us at sales@mourtzi.com explaining the reason you are asking for a replacement or return of the product. Please make sure that you provide us with the order number and your complete details. The purchased product must be returned in its original condition, unused and unworn. It must be in its original packaging accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Failure to comply with any of the above mentioned conditions might lead to non-acceptance of the replacement/return. Request for replacement/return or refund must be made within 14 calendar days after receiving the product. Requests made after this time period will only be accepted for defective products. These terms are in accordance with the Greek law, under the provisions applicable to sales contracts.

In case of exchange, if the new product has a higher value than the returned one, the customer will be notified to complete a payment for the price difference. If the new product has a lower price, the customer will be credited the difference.

Shipping

Greece: Within Greece all deliveries will be processed and delivered by the affiliate courier company at your chosen address. Order processing and delivery cannot take place during weekends or public holidays or strikes. Your order -assuming the product is available- is processed as soon as you complete it and estimated delivery is 3-4 working days (this does not apply to remote areas). This estimated delivery does not apply in periods of high consumption, strikes, bag weather or any force majeure. If a product is not immediately available, we will notify you for the estimated delivery..

International orders: When we receive your order, we will notify you for the shipping costs. Orders are not dispatched before shipping cost is arranged between our company and the customer. You shall pay custom rates or any other import costs occurred from taxes within EU countries when the package reaches the destination country. Unfortunately Mourtzi. has no control over such additional costs. In such case we cannot provide you with the final costs of the products ordered because the costs vary from country to country. Before placing your order you can refer to your local tax authorities for any additional costs that may or may not occur. For overseas allow 7-8 days for shipments.
