International orders are not eligible for free shipping and free returns.

Refunds accepted within 14 days from the delivery.

Please contact: sales@mourtzi.com whether you wish to change the purchased item, or claim for a refund.

Products should be returned unused with all garment tags still attached, accompanied with the receipt/ invoice.

In any different case Mourtzi reserves the right to refuse the return.

The shipping cost should be covered in advance by the sender / consumer.

Mourtzi does not reimburse any duties or local taxes.

The shipping cost of the exchanged product should be covered in advance by the recipient / consumer.

When the exchanged product values more than the returned one, you will be notified to cover the difference.

When the exchanged product values less, we offer credit for future purchases.

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days when returned items have been checked and accepted.

Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, Paypal or bank account used for paying for the order. Please note that processing time may vary depending on the bank or Credit Card Company. Mourtzi is not liable for any incoming fees charged by the recipient's bank.
